FalkonEye grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the Service strictly for free, educational, informational, and non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Commercial Use: You may not use this Service, or any data derived from it, for any commercial, professional, or revenue-generating activities.

No Mission-Critical Use: This software is an educational and research visualization and analysis tool. It must not be used for operational satellite management, mission-critical decisions, collision avoidance maneuver planning, navigation, frequency coordination, regulatory filings, or any real-world aerospace, defense, or communications operations.

All rights, title, and interest in and to FalkonEye (including but not limited to software, source code, UI designs, graphics, and underlying algorithms) are and will remain the exclusive property of FalkonEye and its licensors.

The Service aggregates and displays data from publicly available third-party sources including, but not limited to, Space-Track.org, CelesTrak, SatNOGs, the Union of Concerned Scientists satellite database, Gunter’s Space Page, the FCC IBFS licensing database, CEOS, and other public repositories. FalkonEye does not obtain data directly from satellite operators, manufacturers, launch providers, or any regulatory authority.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Orbital data changes rapidly and third-party data feeds may be delayed, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
• Data sourced from third parties is reproduced as-is and has not been independently verified by FalkonEye.
• FalkonEye has no control over the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by third-party sources.
• FalkonEye makes no guarantees whatsoever regarding the currency, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any satellite tracking data, orbital elements, ground station parameters, frequency data, link budget results, coverage analysis outputs, conjunction probability estimates, or any other data or analytical result displayed within the application.

Portions of the data displayed within the Service — including but not limited to satellite technical parameters such as transmit power, antenna gain, G/T ratios, TT&C frequencies, modulation schemes, data rates, link budgets, and other engineering values — are not sourced from publicly available records but are instead generated by artificial intelligence models as estimated values based on satellite class, orbit regime, and historical archetypes.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated estimates are approximations only and may be materially incorrect.
• AI-generated values are clearly labelled within the application where practicable, but labelling may not be exhaustive.
• No AI-generated estimate within this Service constitutes an engineering specification, a certified parameter, or a reliable basis for any technical, regulatory, operational, or commercial decision.
• The licensor accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of any AI-generated data or for any result, output, or conclusion derived from it.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FalkonEye expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of calculations, orbital visualizations, analytical outputs, AI-generated estimates, or data persistence.
• Any warranties that data sourced from third parties is accurate, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall FalkonEye, its developers, owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any data, AI-generated estimate, analytical output, or visualization provided by the Service.
• Any decision made — technical, operational, regulatory, financial, or otherwise — based in whole or in part on data or analysis obtained from the Service.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Because this Service is provided entirely free of charge for educational and research use, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall be strictly limited to $0.00.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FalkonEye and its creators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Any decision, action, or omission made in reliance on data, estimates, or analytical outputs obtained from the Service.
• Any inaccurate or misleading data you share or distribute based on your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, your account, or your access to the Service at any time, for any reason (including but not limited to a breach of these Terms), without prior notice or liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Maryland.

FalkonEye reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Access & Security Logs. Each time you sign up or log in, for security purposes, we automatically record your IP address, your country (derived from your IP address using a geolocation lookup), and the date and time of the event.

Session Data. We use session tokens (cookies) to keep you logged in. These are managed by our authentication provider (SuperTokens) and are strictly necessary for the platform to function.

• Email address — account creation, login, and account recovery.
• Password (hashed) — authentication.
• IP address — security monitoring and fraud prevention.
• Country — understanding the geographic distribution of our user base and for security purposes.
• Login timestamps — security audit trail.
• Session tokens — maintaining your logged-in session.

We do not use any of this information for marketing purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Security logs (IP addresses, login timestamps) may be retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and security purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting and infrastructure.
• SuperTokens — authentication service.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

We use a session token cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the platform to function and is not used for advertising or tracking. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Object to processing in certain circumstances.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and access controls limiting who can view account data.

FalkonEye is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
