Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before creating an account or using the FalkonEye application (the “Service”, “Software”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.
FalkonEye grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the Service strictly for free, educational, informational, and non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Commercial Use: You may not use this Service, or any data derived from it, for any commercial, professional, or revenue-generating activities.
No Mission-Critical Use: This software is an educational and research visualization and analysis tool. It must not be used for operational satellite management, mission-critical decisions, collision avoidance maneuver planning, navigation, frequency coordination, regulatory filings, or any real-world aerospace, defense, or communications operations.
All rights, title, and interest in and to FalkonEye (including but not limited to software, source code, UI designs, graphics, and underlying algorithms) are and will remain the exclusive property of FalkonEye and its licensors.
The Service aggregates and displays data from publicly available third-party sources including, but not limited to, Space-Track.org, CelesTrak, SatNOGs, the Union of Concerned Scientists satellite database, Gunter’s Space Page, the FCC IBFS licensing database, CEOS, and other public repositories. FalkonEye does not obtain data directly from satellite operators, manufacturers, launch providers, or any regulatory authority.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Portions of the data displayed within the Service — including but not limited to satellite technical parameters such as transmit power, antenna gain, G/T ratios, TT&C frequencies, modulation schemes, data rates, link budgets, and other engineering values — are not sourced from publicly available records but are instead generated by artificial intelligence models as estimated values based on satellite class, orbit regime, and historical archetypes.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Maryland.
FalkonEye reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

FalkonEye (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the FalkonEye satellite intelligence platform at falkoneye.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to this policy.
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.
Access & Security Logs. Each time you sign up or log in, for security purposes, we automatically record your IP address, your country (derived from your IP address using a geolocation lookup), and the date and time of the event.
Session Data. We use session tokens (cookies) to keep you logged in. These are managed by our authentication provider (SuperTokens) and are strictly necessary for the platform to function.
We do not use any of this information for marketing purposes.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Security logs (IP addresses, login timestamps) may be retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and security purposes.

FalkonEye is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
